Generating Taxes From Mass Western Participation In Ghana's Tertiary Educational Programmes

Dear Readers, Generating Taxes From Mass Western Participation In Ghana's Tertiary Educational Programmes Education is an area where our country's leaders could generate a lot of returns to boost our economy and this could easily attained through enhancing Western students participation levels thereby generating taxes for our country's development. Clearly there is the need for our tertiary institutions to improve upon students satisfaction or experience standards as well as the teaching standards. It is very easy to gain information from international tertiary "giant" institutions in the US and UK via studying from their websites and their brochures about their special nature of their academic programmes and about what makes them tick. I also feel we should encourage the recent educational products from our country's tertiary schools to get into authoring books with the intention of getting them into international bestselling material...

Cobwebs-- A Poem

Cobwebs All these cupboards are full of cobwebs I heard the soothsayer clearly say I shrunk at once in all fear and admitted Truly my life is engulfed in weaknesses Not one, not two, many there are I had sometime ago failed to show love True love for Africans, I failed to inspire youths and the young ones To embrace the good traditions of the gospels I failed to build our societies’ broken walls Plant the trees that were in dire need to make our cities green I had not smiled for days to many people But deep down within my spirit lay the strength and truths My mother tells me since childhood; Like she said during my childhood Now as she crosses another milestone I can hear her say, Africa is a flower bed of possibilities Transplant the weak seedlings Let’s all cry for the morning’s rich dew Our hopes should not be few They would be as flames amidst Never dying embers As the African race thrive to overcome ...

Reflections For Today--Ashanti Elephants And The Cities' Ants

Ghanaians have fallen in love with the Ashanti elephants and now all our towns and cities are full of ants. We need to go to the ants therefore and learn her ways as they are not a mighty folk but they do teach a lot of lessons. God bless UG.God bless Ghana and all Ghanaians.

A Dream I Had About UG Campus In 2014/15 Academic Year Calls For More Ardent Prayers- May God Almighty Break The Strong Curse of An Individual Going Through Suffering From The Life Of The African,From UG

Dear Sir/Madam, Much more ardent prayers are needed for the progress of the UG Alumni, for UG and for the African as I would like to share this dream I had some time ago with you requesting for ceaseless prayers. On night I had this revelation from God during my 2014/15 Academic Year about an unpleasant spiritual condition prevailing at the University of Ghana and it calls for ceaseless prayers because it appears the African is somehow supposed to experience hardships and suffering in life and can in no way be counted among the ten top richest men or women in the world-- I mean among the ten top richest persons in the world. Please I humbly implore and earnestly plead for prayers for God to remove the "thick darkness" brooding yet over the University of Ghana and over Africa like the song writer describes. I saw the whole university campus with a pictorial view of snakes destroyed by the power of God lying dead and with  their dead bodies littered all around the unive...

In Ramah... Was A Voice

In Ramah was a voice of lamentation and weeping....Rachel weeping for her children and would not be comforted because they are not. Suggestions for planning ...Rachel was weeping but in this era we should be doing measureless planning..so should friends of UG-- the school

I have Vowed And Would Not Repent--- God help me! God bless UG...

I have vowed and would not repent ---Oh God bless me and I would purchase a jet or an aircraft for God's servant the Archbishop Nicholas Duncan- Williams or for his great ministry. God help me.

Some Suggestions to UG Alumni and Reflections That Could Help Our Nation

These are some reflections that could help our nation and our universities. That the nation should form a national Chaplaincy board comprising of seasoned ministers of God who could give accurate prophecies pertaining to every decision the government makes and would want to embark upon (at this juncture I hope our seminary institutions do not focus on only impacting knowledge regarding theology and divinity solely but instill specialist expertise knowledge in modern IT, business, finance, economics, agriculture, politics ,governance and many more)with representations from Ghana and a some selected countries like Europe, USA , from Asia,South America, South Africa. We need both nationals and other (missionaries) nationals as well. How they perform should determine how we keep them on the board. That is their tenure. Our country beyond what we see happening should do a thorough planning into our future in terms of saving money and mobilising reserves down for the distant yet unborn ...

My Message To UCF President-- A Dream

Dear Sir/Madam, Today at exactly about 10 minutes from 5:26am GMT prompt while I lay upon my bed, I saw a very clear vision of the University of Ghana having an old wide metal gates that consisted of bars in between shut and closed at the front with a padlock. I can take a picture of one of such kinds of metal gates we have in some places in Ghana to portray the exact type of gates I saw. This vision may not mean the University is going to be closed down for some yet unbeknown reasons but this vision could stand for a closed gates hindering university education in Ghana and Africa from being a mighty attraction to the western world as patronage isn't to high. To all and sundry who might feel led to intervene for God to resolve the particular problems which might confront UG now or in the distant or not too distant future please stand in support with prayers and (sometimes) fasts. Sincerely, Signed Ebenezer Baiden-Amissah Telephone 0245310380/0241705209

Sugggestion: Political Leadership in Ghana-- the Way Forward

The name "Mahama" in Fanti language might stir some surprising interests in your mind. It sounds like "Me haw wo aa ma" (Ma haw wo aama: how it's pronounced) , to wit "I'll oppress you sore." It sounds funny though. Don't be surprised a political leader does two things when in power- it's either he oppresses you or he aids you. Little wonder it is that even a religious leader was once dubbed "troubler of Israel." Let's take a look at Ghana. We have been blessed with political leader hailing from the northern part of Ghana than from the south. The onus lies upon every Ghanaian to ensure that we encourage the people in our northern part to unite and stay focused in contributing more and more towards building upon Ghana's democracy. We pray God that our former national political leader for instance leads a life after being in power of being extremely the opposite of what I feel his name "Mahama" sounds in Fanti....
